Many know it to be &#8220;that park behind St. Gabe&#8217;s Church and School. This park has been closed all of 2023 so that bidders can evaluate the space for the park&#8217;s redevelopment. No picnics or baseball games have taken place. The Borough removed the damaged playground equipment in June of 2023 leaving the swings in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of September 20, 2023, Whitehall Council approved Gateway Engineering&#8217;s plan for <a href=\"https:\/\/whitehallboro.org\/overlook-park-phase-i\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/whitehallboro.org\/overlook-park-phase-i\/\">Phase 1<\/a>.
