Highland Park of Whitehall is situated behind the former “Highland School” which is now the private school, ACLD Tillotson.

This field was landscaped perfectly to be accessible and simultaneously allow for a baseball game, a soccer game, and playground play with the generosity from a federal government grant from The Department of Interior.

This park does not have any plans to change. In April 2023, Whitehall Council voted to rescind the DCNR grant application to make the baseball field smaller so that the soccer field can be placed where the baseball field is today. Even though this decision to withdraw from DCNR funding, was on a technicality of not being able to meet the next stage of grant applications.
